PRIVATE COLLECTION
Registration opens the Private Collection.
Registration and email verification give access to the anonymised Private Collection: reference codes, non-identifying imagery, macro-location, property type, indicative position, size and a concise summary for each property.
Registration is free, requires no confidentiality undertaking and creates no obligation of any kind.
A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT
A private route to market requires more than restricted access.
Restricting access is not sufficient on its own. Each property is prepared, classified and presented under a disclosure framework authorised by its owner.
That framework determines what is shown anonymously, what is released under a property-specific confidentiality undertaking, and what remains reserved for the transaction stage.
BEYOND THE VISIBLE COLLECTION
The visible Collection is only the starting point.
A much broader universe of distinctive property is monitored and classified through DGIP, the proprietary property intelligence system.
The visible Collection contains only properties authorised by their owners and prepared for private presentation. Monitoring does not imply that a property is available, mandated or authorised.
ACCESS LEVELS
Two levels of access. One property-specific protection.
Private Property Profile — Level 1: available to every registered and verified user, anonymised and without any confidentiality undertaking.
Full Confidential Access — Level 2: available for an individual property once a separate Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Undertaking has been signed for that property. Signing an undertaking for one property does not provide confidential access to any other property.
CLEAR TERMS
Confidential access does not create a fee.
Registration, Level 1 access, signing a property-specific confidentiality undertaking and Level 2 access are all free of charge and create no payment obligation.
Where a party decides to proceed further, the applicable economics are disclosed privately and in full, to each party separately, before any commitment arises.
